  The following information must be provided along with any instructions to efficiently expedite your request:
  • Subject: Company and SEC Form type
  • Format Preference: HTML or ASCII
  • Telephone & email: Contact information of all parties involved.
  • Company's codes: (CIK and CCC codes, if not on file with CFP.)
  • Turn-around time: Request the time to receive review copy
  • Filing date: The date you plan to file with the SEC
• D  Step 2:
  EDGAR Services will EDGARize your document, test file it with the SEC and send you a proof via email in PDF format.
• G  Step 3:
  If you request changes, EDGAR will make the changes to your satisfaction and send a final PDF to approve prior to filing.
• A  Step 4:
  Send us your approval. Please sign the Filing Authorization Form and fax to us at 908-241-3993. Upon receipt, we will transmit your filing live to the SEC.
• R  Step 5:
  Confirmation of Filing. Once your filing is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from SEC and/or our EDGAR department.
